WEDDINGS, PORTRAIT, LANCASTER, OHIO
I began learning about photography at the age of 17 at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. From then on,
I was hooked. My father bought me my first SLR camera when I was in college. That was one of
the best gifts I ever received!

I started out shooting a lot of musical events and musicians. I even tried aerial photography at one
point, but my stomach didn't agree with that line of work!

Six years ago, I started to pursue photography full time, mostly doing weddings. Shortly after my
son was born, my husband and I rented a studio in downtown Lancaster hoping to get more into
portraiture work. Although that was a wonderful experience, I wanted to be home with my son. So,
for the past 4 years, I've been working out of my home, continuing to improve my style of
portraiture. I also have been giving back by doing a lot of non-profit work with Now I Lay Me
Down To Sleep and Run for the Rose.

As all photographers should do, I constantly work to improve my art and technique through
seminars, books and experimentation. I like to go beyond the quality offered by chain photo studios.
That is why if you meet with me you will find I treat every one of my clients special. You won't ever
feel like a number here.

I hope I get the pleasure of meeting you and creating beautiful images of you and your family!
